The Commercial Court Confirms New Management of Zagreb Holding

The legal saga regarding who governs Zagreb Holding has finally concluded. Specifically, the Holding received today a decision from the Commercial Court in Zagreb, which registers changes in the members of the Management Board.

By registering new members, the expansion of the Management Board has been recognized, effectively resulting in the loss of all power for Zagreb Mayor Milan Bandić in this commercial company. In addition to the Chairman of the Management Board Ivo Čović and Management Board members Branimir Delić and Vlasta Pavić, the court’s decision also registered Alenka Kočiša Čičin Šain and Damir Novinić as members of the Management Board. Furthermore, based on the decision of the Company’s Assembly from July 6, the court’s decision removes Ivan Tolić, Lidija Tomić, Vladimir Tomičić, Stipan Matoš, and Slavka Megla Reljić from the court register. With the change in the founding statement, the Commercial Court in Zagreb confirmed that the Supervisory Board is reduced from the previous 11 members to five members. (M.N.)
