The construction company Tehnika announced that it has signed a contract with Dalekovod, as the client, for the execution of works on the Supernova shopping center in Buzin, with a contracted price of 36.11 million euros (excluding VAT).
Tehnika, as the contractor, signed the contract for the execution of works on the Supernova shopping center with Dalekovod, as the client, yesterday, July 14. The contracted price for the works is 36.11 million euros, excluding VAT, as stated in Tehnika’s announcement published on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Dalekovod announced at the beginning of March this year that it had received the contract for the construction of the Supernova shopping center in Buzin, with a total value of the contracts awarded to that company amounting to 80.7 million euros.
Dalekovod then announced that the entire job would be carried out with domestic cooperators, i.e., domestic construction operations. The investor in the Supernova shopping center in Buzin is the Austrian concern m2 Gruppe-Supernova, whose activity is the development and construction of shopping centers, and the project in Buzin is being developed through the company Afirmacija nekretnine d.o.o. from Zagreb. The investor announced at the end of May this year that it had received a building permit for the construction of Supernova Zagreb, an investment worth more than 250 million euros in total. They also announced that the construction works on this shopping center, with a total area of more than 110 thousand square meters, would begin immediately so that the center could be opened in the fall of 2011.
