Tata Group, owner of the portal moj-bankar.hr, has received a license for consumer credit mediation from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia, it was announced today.
The decision was issued in Zagreb on July 8, 2010, for a period of three years. As a reminder, since January 1 of this year, the Consumer Credit Act has been in force, which aligns Croatia with European directives on consumer crediting. The law also regulates consumer credit mediation, which will not be possible without a license from the Ministry of Finance. Tata Group d.o.o. has met the legal, organizational, technical, and personnel requirements for conducting consumer credit mediation, the statement said.
