The situation regarding unemployment is not bright today even in the EU, but a large area and large economies necessarily mean a greater number of job vacancies than Croatia can offer. The highest number of job vacancies is in the United Kingdom, with more than two thousand, while there is only one in Iceland. It is expected that many waiters will find jobs in some tourist center this summer, but despite that, there are about 4,300 of them on the job market.
