Continuation of Expansion in the Domestic and Regional Market

RALU logistics, owned by entrepreneur Luka Rajić, continues to expand in the domestic and regional markets, having recently acquired the Koprivnica company HIT Transporti and established sister companies Ralu Beograd and Ralu logistics in Koper.

The sister companies in Serbia and Slovenia, as well as the Croatian company RALU logistics, will provide integrated logistics services in the cold chain, in addition to transportation, as announced by the company. Further investments in equipment and infrastructure have also been announced, continuing the achievement of the long-term development strategy goals, including the further increase in the number of employees. Currently, RALU logistics has 80 employees, and with the construction of a new logistics center in Popovača, the number is planned to increase to 200. The CEO of RALU logistics, Renato Radačić, emphasized that the strategy of RALU logistics is expansion and presence in the cold chain segment in the domestic and regional markets.

This was confirmed by the establishment of companies in Belgrade and Koper and the acquisition of HIT Transport, which closed the cycle of acquisitions in the domestic market, he said. RALU logistics is engaged in providing integrated logistics services in the cold chain, and of the planned 200 million kuna for the company’s development, 110 million kuna has already been invested. In line with further expansion and business development and entry into new regional markets, the company plans to increase the total investment. (H)
