Zagreb County, the Guarantee Agency for the Promotion of Small Business Development in Zagreb County, and the Craftsmen’s Savings Bank have signed agreements for financing development projects for craftsmen, small and medium-sized enterprises with the possibility of using guarantees for the realization of these loans, it was announced from Zagreb County.
Zagreb County has secured five million kuna in deposit cash funds for this and next year, which the Craftsmen’s Savings Bank will triple, thus providing entrepreneurs with 15 million kuna in guarantee potential, as stated in the announcement by the County Prefect of Zagreb County, Stjepan Kožić. Loan users will be provided with a fixed interest rate of 3.5 percent. Users can be crafts, small and medium-sized companies, cooperatives, and institutions fully owned by citizens of the Republic of Croatia with headquarters in Zagreb County. Loans can be used for the purchase, construction, renovation, and expansion of business facilities and facilities for tourism and hospitality purposes, as well as for the procurement of equipment or individual parts of equipment. The minimum loan amount will be 35,000 kuna, and the maximum will be 350,000 kuna. Repayment is possible for up to seven years, with a grace period of one year. There are about 5,500 small and medium-sized enterprises and nearly 7,000 craftsmen operating in Zagreb County. (H)
