Vipnet is celebrating its 11th anniversary on Thursday, for which it is gifting users with a day of unlimited free SMS messages, as well as introducing new services. This is part of a strategy of continuous investment in innovative technologies.

HSPA+ technology for wireless broadband is now available in Zadar and Šibenik, ” emphasized Mladen Pejković, CEO of Vipnet. The biggest novelty is Vip Remote Support. A new service for direct access to smartphones and computers when Vip users of these devices need assistance from Customer Service. It allows Vipnet technicians to connect directly to the device and resolve issues regardless of where the user is located. When the service becomes available on July 14, it will cover most smartphones with BlackBerry, Symbian, and Windows mobile operating systems, as well as PC and Mac computers. (Kristina Kardum)
