The Našice-based Nexe Group d.d. reported via the Zagreb Stock Exchange that the CEO Ivan Ergović has acquired 940,040 shares of the company (ticker NEXE-R-A) and now holds a total of 9,463,780 shares, which constitutes 100 percent of the company’s equity capital.
Nexe Group is one of the leading manufacturers of construction materials in the region, employing nearly 3,041 people, and last year it achieved a profit of 6.7 million kuna. (H)
