At the Electoral session of the Association of Banks HGK, held on June 17, 2010, Tomislav Vuić, Deputy President of the Management Board of Erste&Steiermarkische Bank d.d. Rijeka, was elected as the new president of the Association for the upcoming four-year term.
Dubravka Kolarić, a member of the Management Board of Hrvatska poštanska banka d.d. Zagreb, was elected as the vice president. Representatives from nine banks were elected as members of the Council of the Association of Banks: Banka splitsko-dalmatinska d.d. Split, Centar banka d.d. Zagreb, Croatia banka d.d. Zagreb, Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak, Jadranska banka d.d. Šibenik, Kreditna banka Zagreb d.d. Zagreb, Obrtnička štedna banka d.d. Zagreb, Partner banka d.d. Zagreb, and Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. Zagreb.
