The leaders of the Adris Group and Maistra today presented the Lone hotel project in Rovinj, a new five-star hotel with an investment worth 290 million kuna. The hotel will cover 29,400 square meters and is expected to be completed by the next tourist season, said Damir Anđelić, Director of Investments at Adris Group, during the presentation of the Lone hotel project.
Lone will be the first true conference hotel in Istria. It will have 240 rooms, nine luxury apartments including one presidential suite, and ten multifunctional conference halls, with the main hall accommodating 700 guests, said Kristian Šuster, CEO of Maistra. According to him, Lone will be a classic business class design hotel that will extend the tourist season in Rovinj and Istria. He added that the construction of the Lone hotel will complete the Monte Mulini area, which, along with the three existing hotels Eden, Park, and Monte Mulini, will create a unique destination on the Adriatic. The architectural project of the Lone hotel is designed by the 3LHD studio, which also designed the hotel’s interior. (H)
