It is quite normal to think about how many things would be much easier if that natural, yet demotivating, feeling of discomfort did not exist. However, world sociologists, psychologists, and analysts of contemporary culture warn that shamelessness, or the absence of discomfort, is a very destructive phenomenon in the long term, interpreted as a consequence of the boom in reality shows, vacuous media content, or the evolution of social networks.
