The Supervisory Board of Podravka appointed the president and members of the Management Board of the company at today’s meeting, and the current president Miroslav Vitković will continue to lead the Management Board, having received another five-year mandate.
Miroslav Vitković has been appointed as the president of the Management Board, while Lidija Kljajić, Krunoslav Bešvir, Marin Pucar, and Miroslav Repić have been appointed as members of the Management Board, as stated in Podravka’s announcement. Branko Vuljak’s mandate as deputy member of the Management Board has ended, and his mandate as a member of the Supervisory Board of Podravka is being continued, or rather reactivated. The mandate of the new Management Board of Podravka begins from the day of their appointment, that is, from today, Podravka officials state. (H)
