The Immunological Institute, in a notice to the Zagreb Stock Exchange, states that at the meeting of the Supervisory Board held on May 24, Tatjana Sindik Milošević, M.D., specialist in microbiology, submitted her resignation to the Supervisory Board from the position of management, i.e., director of the company Immunological Institute d.d. for personal reasons.
The Supervisory Board of the Immunological Institute has made a decision to appoint Dr. sc. Darko Dvornik as the director of the commercial company Immunological Institute d.d. for a term of five years. (G. J.)
