The General Assembly of Euroherc Insurance will be held on June 28 in Zagreb, where it will be confirmed that the profit generated from operations in 2009 after taxation amounts to 59,636,593.00 kuna, and a dividend of 124.59 kuna per share is planned.
The company’s profit after taxation for 2009 will be allocated to retained earnings in the amount of 21,636,593.00 kuna, while an amount of 38,000,000.00 kuna is set aside for dividend payments to shareholders. The dividend for 2009 has been established at 124.59 kuna per share. The dividend payment will be made to shareholders within 30 days from the date of the decision. Shareholders who are registered in the Central Clearing Depository seven days prior to the General Assembly are entitled to the dividend payment. The listing of shares on the regular market is also planned based on the approved prospectus by Hanfa and the agreement with the ZSE for the listing of securities on the Regular Market. (G. J.)
