The general assemblies of Jamnica and Zvijezda, companies within the Agrokor group, convened for the end of June and the beginning of July, will decide, among other things, on the use of last year’s profit.
As stated in the invitation for the Jamnica assembly, scheduled for June 29, it is proposed that the profit from 2009 amounting to 72.5 million kuna be allocated to retained earnings. The general assembly of Zvijezda, scheduled for July 1, is also expected to decide that last year’s profit of the company amounting to 31.12 million kuna be allocated to retained earnings.
