The Council of the Croatian National Bank has given its consent for Brane Golubić to be appointed as a member of the Management Board of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d., Zagreb.
Brane Golubić graduated in economics from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, and at the beginning of his career worked in bookkeeping and accounting until he joined the auditing firm Ernst & Young d.o.o., where he worked as a senior auditor and gained extensive experience in auditing, due diligence, restructuring, as well as the privatization and consolidation of large state-owned enterprises. He began his career at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. in May 2003, initially as the head of the Recovery Department, before advancing to the position of Executive Director of the Business Support Sector. From May 2008, he served as Executive Director of the Risk Management and Risk Exposures Sector, and in March 2009, he also took on the role of procurator of the bank. In April 2010, he became a member of the Management Board of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. in Croatia.
