Following the held Assembly of the company and the meeting of the Supervisory Board, a new Management Board of Vupik d.d. has been formed, represented by Krešimir Kuterovac as the new director of the company.
Kuterovac was born in 1966 in Slavonski Brod. He obtained the title of Bachelor of Agricultural Engineering in 1990 at the Faculty of Agriculture in Zagreb, where he is currently completing his postgraduate scientific studies. Participation in numerous professional and scientific educations in Croatia and abroad results in further education in the field of biotechnology. In 2008, he completed the Corporate Governance program for members of supervisory boards at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. He is the leader of numerous projects and the author of a large number of professional and scientific papers.
He began his professional career in 1990 at the company Klas, Nova Gradiška, as an intern in TSH, and later as the head of livestock production in cooperation. In 1993, he moved to Mljekara Slavija, Staro Petrovo Selo, to the position of technologist in milk processing, i.e., production manager. He became the director of the Croatian Livestock Center in 2001, while in 2005 he moved to Agrokor d.d. as the executive director for livestock production. He was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development in 2008. In 2009, he moved to Belje d.d. where he took on the role of a member of the Management Board responsible for livestock.
