Well-known blogger and political activist Marko Rakar was released last night shortly before midnight from the headquarters of the Zagreb Criminal Police, about ten hours after he was arrested by the police on reasonable suspicion of disclosing an official secret, violating Article 351 of the Criminal Code, namely publishing the Register of Veterans on the internet.
