At the meeting, the Supervisory Board of INA acknowledged the resignation of CEO László Gesztia and unanimously appointed Zoltán Áldott as the new CEO, whose five-year term begins on April 1, according to the statement.
At the same time, it acknowledged his resignation from the position of member of the Supervisory Board, and a new member will be elected at the extraordinary General Assembly of INA, which will be held on April 19, 2010. (J. T.)
