HŽ Infrastruktura sold construction land in the cadastral municipality of Zaprudski otok to the company Afirmacija nekretnine for 7.4 million kuna, it was announced today by HŽ Infrastruktura.
This concerns five parcels of construction land with an area of 3,233 square meters that are not in the infrastructure corridor, are not essential for traffic flow, and for which HŽ Infrastruktura has no development plans. The land was sold based on a conducted public tender and is part of the area where the owner Afirmacija nekretnina, the company M2 Super Nova, plans to build a shopping center. The statement conveys the words of the CEO of HŽ Infrastruktura, Branimir Jerneić, that the sale of the land is part of the real estate management program owned by HŽ Infrastruktura, and the amount of 7.4 million kuna is the first extraordinary income from real estate commercialization this year. Furthermore, this is the largest amount achieved so far for the sale of any property owned by HŽ Infrastruktura, it is stated in the announcement. (H)
