After receiving a license from the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa), Zdravko Zrinušić officially became the new CEO of Croatia osiguranje yesterday, as stated in the company’s announcement published on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
According to the Statute of Croatia osiguranje, Zrinušić will hold this position for the next five years, until March 18, 2015. Management Board member Silvana Ivančić, who was officially elected to this position on December 10, 2009, will also serve her term for five years, until December 10, 2014. The former CEO of Croatia osiguranje, Hrvoje Vojković, was officially relieved of his duties on March 17 of this year, while former Management Board member Damir Mihanović was relieved of his position on March 15.
