PBZ pays out 17 kuna in dividends

The Management Board and Supervisory Board of Privredna banka Zagreb proposed to the General Assembly, which is to be held on April 19, to allocate a total of 323,171,632 kuna from the bank’s total profit (926,579,910.54 kuna) for dividend payments, amounting to 17 kuna per share, according to a statement published on the Zagreb Stock Exchange website.

Dividends will be paid to all shareholders who are recorded in the Central Clearing Depository as holders of registered shares on the date of this Decision. The dividend will be paid no later than thirty days (when the shareholders’ claim for dividend payment matures) from the date of this Decision. An amount of 603,408,278.54 kuna will be allocated to retained earnings. (M.N.)
