At today’s meeting of the Supervisory Board (SB) of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Management Board members Roberto Motušić and Melita Marčeta submitted their resignations, and a mutual termination of employment was agreed upon.
Motušić will continue his career outside the Zagreb Stock Exchange, while Marčeta will continue to work at the Exchange, according to the statement. The existing Management Board will continue to operate until the handover of duties to the new Management Board. During the meeting, the SB unanimously decided to appoint a new president and member of the Exchange’s Management Board. The request for consent for the appointments will be forwarded to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) in accordance with legal regulations. In order to protect the privacy of all candidates, the names of the newly appointed members of the Management Board will not be published until Hanfa’s consent is obtained. (H)
