The company dm-drogerie markt is the best employer in 2010. This was shown by a survey conducted by the MojPosao.net portal during February on a sample of two thousand people, with dm taking first place with 7.6 percent of the votes.
T-HT Group secured second place with 6.6% of the votes, while Agrokor is in third place with 4.3% of the votes, ahead of Vipnet, which is in fourth place this year with 3.4% of the votes. For respondents who chose dm-drogerie markt as their employer of choice, the decisive factor for selecting this employer is the level of salaries and other material benefits. T-HT Group and Agrokor are attractive primarily due to their leadership in the sector, Vipnet is an attractive employer due to its sector leadership and opportunities for professional advancement, while Zagrebačka banka is attractive to respondents primarily due to opportunities for professional advancement.

The survey on employers of choice has been conducted for the sixth consecutive year, and the results are based solely on the respondents’ perceptions of the companies themselves.
