Jurica Pavlic has won the Euroherc Trophy for the third consecutive time and has been named Motorcyclist of the Year by journalists. For the thirteenth Euroherc Trophy in 2009, 66 journalists from 40 editorial offices voted.
– As you all know, to achieve notable results in sports, you must work hard and prove yourself. The same goes for insurance, which is why we understand athletes well – emphasized Alen Đud, Assistant Director of Sales at Euroherc’s Zagreb branch. The Discovery of the Year award was given to young Max Herendić, and a posthumous recognition for the promotion of motorcycle sports was awarded to Rudolf Mraz. The award ceremony was also attended by Marijan Jurić from the Supervisory Board of the Croatian Olympic Committee and Ivan Lafter from the Croatian Motorcycle Federation. (T. B.)
