The President of the Management Board of INA, László Geszti, is stepping down for health reasons, according to a statement published by INA on its website last night. Geszti took over as President of the Management Board of INA in June 2009, following the departure of Tomislav Dragičević.
The new President of the Management Board will be Zoltán Áldott, the current Executive Director for Exploration and Production of the MOL Group, who is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Croatian company. It is speculated that the real reason for Geszti’s resignation is the poor image of INA and MOL in Croatia and the poor state of INA. (H)
