The Zagreb Stock Exchange today suspended trading of Tehnika and IGH shares due to the rise in their prices and "positive halt," after the management of these companies provided notifications that the resolution of the situation regarding the submission of guarantees for the construction of the highway in Montenegro influenced the rise in their share prices. Trading of IGH and Tehnika shares resumed. Trading of Viadukt shares was also suspended and will resume tomorrow at 10 AM. According to data from the Zagreb Stock Exchange, IGH shares increased by 13.86 percent today, trading at prices ranging from 2,660 to 3,139 kuna, with a turnover of nearly 7 million kuna. In response to the Stock Exchange’s inquiry about the material facts that influenced the rise in share prices, the management of IGH and Tehnika stated that the Croatian consortium led by Konstruktor, of which IGH and Tehnika are part, submitted written guarantees that meet the conditions of the tender from the Government of Montenegro for the construction of the Bar-Boljare highway. Thus, the Croatian consortium met the deadline set by the Montenegrin government for the submission of guarantees. (H)
