Radio stations from France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Canada sent journalists to a secret rural estate on Monday. They will obtain current information exclusively through Facebook and Twitter, reports Deutsche Welle.
Five journalists are stationed at a rural estate somewhere in the southwest of France, where they will remain until the end of the week. During this time, they will converse very little with each other, and their only intense connection to the outside world will be maintained through the websites of Facebook and Twitter. The information they receive through these platforms from their friends and acquaintances will be published by their respective media houses: France Info, Swiss RTS, and Radio Canada.
