Unofficial information that the Rijeka department store of the Varaždin company Varteks is to receive a new owner during the first quarter of this year has received official confirmation, writes novilist.hr
The management of Varteks has informed employees that the Rijeka sales location of Varteks at Kobler Square is for sale and that they are in the process of seeking a buyer. However, according to information from Novi list, a new owner of City Center Rijeka already exists, meaning that the management of Varteks has already sold this department store for 8 million euros. For now, the identity of the new owner of the department store at Rijeka’s Kobler Square is still unavailable to the public, which, even after complete adaptation, simply has not had luck, or customers, and is definitely the least visited department store in this city.
