The housing savings bank Wustenrot concluded the past year with 616 more housing savings contracts than in 2008, totaling 29,014 contracts, but their total value (contractual amount) of 1.45 billion kuna is about 9 million kuna lower than the contracts from the previous year, according to data from Wustenrot’s first press bulletin of this year.
Only in December of last year, Wustenrot concluded 4,481 housing savings contracts worth 228.1 million kuna, which is 185 contracts less and about 30 million kuna lower contractual amount compared to December 2008. In total, from 1998 to 2009, Wustenrot concluded 253,818 housing savings contracts with a value (contractual amount) of 12.32 billion kuna. Regarding approved loans, Wustenrot housing savings bank approved 120 regular loans worth 5.68 million kuna and 1,588 interim financing loans worth 219.88 million kuna in December of last year. Compared to December 2008, 60 fewer regular loans were approved in December 2009, while the value was 1.11 million kuna lower. There were 567 fewer interim financing loans last year, and their value was 89.7 million kuna lower. From 1998 to 2009, this housing savings bank approved 174.2 million kuna in regular loans and 1.11 billion kuna in interim financing loans. (H)
