The first session of the expanded Holding Assembly is expected to be held in the Zagreb Holding administration building. It will include, alongside Mayor Milan Bandić, 10 additional representatives from the City Assembly, reports the portal hrt.hr.
Thus, the Assembly, at the initiative of the SDP, aims to introduce better control over the operations of the Holding and the expenditure of funds. We remind that the mayor requested the Assembly to abandon such a decision, considering it illegal. The representatives did not agree to this, but, based on the explanation from the Ministry of Administration, claimed that they have the right to expand the Assembly. Mayor Bandić did not wish to comment on the decision regarding the expansion of the Assembly. However, it will now be interesting to wait for the decision of the High Commercial Court, which is the only authority competent to accept or reject the decision on the expansion. (www.hrt.hr)
