The operations of the Umag hotel company Istraturist will be led by board member Željko Kukurin from January 1 of this year, as on the same date the long-time CEO of the company, Gordana Tomičić, ceased her membership in the Management Board and her role as CEO.
In the announcement from Istraturist on the Zagreb Stock Exchange regarding these management changes, it is stated that Tomičić will cease her membership in the Management Board of the Company and her role as CEO as of January 1, 2010, based on an agreement with the Supervisory Board of the company dated December 31, 2009. The announcement from Istraturist does not specify, nor could it be learned from the company itself, whether Tomičić will remain with Istraturist, nor whether the head of operations of the company from January 1, 2010, Kukurin, will be proposed as the new CEO or if his position is temporary.
