HEP Postpones Electricity Price Increase

After a year that many will not remember fondly due to the economic crisis – crisis tax, reduced Christmas bonuses, and the announcement of more expensive gas – many awaited with trepidation how much HEP would increase the price of electricity.

The good news, if it can be called that, at least at the end of the year arrives for all who heat with electricity, which is every fifth citizen in the country. HEP’s CEO Leo Begović confirmed that the electricity price increase is postponed for three months. "What I can say with certainty is that there will certainly be no price increase for the category of citizens, nor for the category of small and medium-sized enterprises, or the economy, in the first three months of 2010," said Begović for the central news of HRT.  (www.hrt.hr)
