The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency has today, at an extraordinary meeting, made a decision ordering the Zagreb Stock Exchange to immediately resume trading of shares of the company HG Spot, according to a notification to the ZSE.
The explanation states, among other things, that on December 14, HG Spot (ZSE:HGSP-R-A) submitted a statement to Hanfa indicating that an agreement had been reached with creditors who, based on commercial papers of the 2nd tranche, hold the majority of overdue claims, and that Zagrebačka banka (ZSE:ZABA-R-A) has approved a credit-guarantee line for the issuer. The agency also received a statement from Zaba as the agent for the issuance of commercial papers and creditor of HG Spot, indicating that it participated in all negotiations related to the commercial papers, and that after the conclusion of negotiations on December 4, it approved a new credit-guarantee line for suppliers, according to the ZSE announcement.
