Quaestus Nekretnine builds a business park in the industrial zone of Klinča Sela

Quaestus Nekretnine, the largest real estate fund in Croatia, has invested in another real estate project for the development of an industrial zone, the fifth real estate project in the fund’s portfolio, according to a statement published on the Zagreb Stock Exchange website.

With this investment, the fund, together with partners from the company „G-Klasa“, acquires ownership of construction land for industrial purposes in the industrial zone of Klinča Sela (approximately 400,000 m2). As part of this industrial zone, the construction of a modern business park with all accompanying facilities is planned, in response to the current and expected demand for modern spaces for logistics and industrial purposes, with a special emphasis on freight traffic by railway.

The industrial zone is located on the northern side of the A1 highway from Zagreb to Karlovac, right next to the railway line. In this way, along with the first investment in the business zone Rugvica North, the Quaestus Nekretnine fund has strategically positioned itself at the eastern and southern exit from Zagreb in the logistics and industrial space sector. The industrial railway line with a planned loading and unloading terminal that touches the zone, immediate access to the highway, proximity to corridor Vb, and connectivity to seaports on the Adriatic and the river port in Sisak make the industrial zone of Klinča Sela a superior location for the distribution of goods in Croatia, as well as for a potential regional distribution center.
