Representatives of FINA and Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. Zagreb have signed a cooperation agreement under which new, unique USB devices for accessing Internet banking with FINA certificates will be issued to business clients of RBA, enabling access to a new range of services and networking of various business areas.
In line with the theme, signatures were not put on paper, but a small USB stick replaced the fountain pen that the bank will issue to its clients. The CEO of RBA, Zdenko Adrović, stated that this represents a small revolution even due to the way the cooperation was signed. ‘We hope that this will take off and that most business entities will be oriented towards this way of doing business; using not only electronic signatures but also a whole range of services,’ concluded Adrović.
The bank will enable its clients to exchange existing devices for a new, multifunctional USB with a FINA certificate free of charge. Thus, clients will have access to RBA Internet banking, as well as all currently available electronic services of the state administration and public services (B2G – business to government services) such as e-TAX, e-PENSION, e-HEALTH. What will attract clients to the new way of doing business is the significant savings of time and money that is otherwise required for carrying out administrative procedures.
