The former member of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Invest, an investment fund management company, Renata Gecan Milek, has become the CEO of the Company. Goran Nušinović is the new member of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Invest.
At the meeting of the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Invest held on November 30, 2009, Renata Gecan Milek was appointed CEO of Raiffeisen Invest, an investment fund management company. The Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Invest also appointed Goran Nušinović as a member of the Company’s Management Board.
Renata Gecan Milek was born in 1971 and graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, majoring in Finance. She began her career in 1996 in the Treasury Sector at Privredna banka Zagreb d.o.o. At the end of 1997, she was employed in the Treasury Sector of Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. Zagreb (RBA), where she was appointed head of trading in August 1999. Her career at RBA was temporarily interrupted by a short engagement as a member of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Invest d.o.o. from February to October 2002. Upon returning to RBA at the end of 2002, she was appointed Deputy Executive Director of the Treasury and Investment Banking Sector. Since October 2008, she has been back in the position of a member of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Invest d.o.o. Renata Gecan Milek has passed the exams for a licensed pension fund manager, then for a licensed manager of pension insurance companies, and for an investment advisor. She serves as the chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Pension Insurance Company d.o.o. and is a member of the Executive Board of the Croatian ACI association.
