The Supervisory Board of the company Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb accepted the information about the resignation of CEO Zlatko Korpar at today’s meeting and forwarded it to the General Assembly, it was announced by ARZ. The resignation takes effect on January 1, 2010.
Korpar has been with ARZ since December 1, 2005, first as a member of the Management Board for technical affairs, and since April 2008 as CEO. His resignation and new engagement at the company Cesta Varaždin were announced in yesterday’s press release from ARZ, which includes Korpar’s statement in which he says that with the completion of all major construction projects on the Autocesta Rijeka-Zagreb, his professional engagement with the company has concluded.
