The company Belje has entered into an agreement with Mlinar from Križevci for the sale and transfer of 108,034 shares of the company Moslavka.
This makes Belje a 56.35 percent shareholder of Moslavka, as stated in a notice published on the Zagreb Stock Exchange website. Additionally, the mentioned companies have entered into agreements for the purchase of a 100 percent stake in the Popovača Animal Feed Factory. Through the sale and transfer agreement that Belje has concluded with Moslavka, it has become the owner of 100 percent of the business shares of the company Moslavka Ratarstvo. (M.N.)
