Sunčica – new Sunce insurance policy designed for children

Sunce osiguranje has prepared a new product of voluntary health insurance, the children’s insurance policy Sunčica, created according to the needs of children and parents. With this insurance policy, Sunce has made a step forward towards the project ‘Sunce family insurance’, one of the strategic determinants of the company’s development.

The policy covers a wide range of diagnostic procedures, laboratory tests tailored to children’s age, specialist and subspecialist examinations, and early disease detection. Policyholders have access to a children’s advisor and consultations at any time of the day. All services are provided at the Sunce Polyclinic in Jarun, Pediatrics Department, without crowds and waiting, with top medical staff, according to the high standards of Sunce osiguranje. Sunčica is intended for children aged 0 to 14 years. All parents, owners of Sunce Classic or Exclusive Gold and Silver voluntary health insurance policies, can contract Sunčica for their child under special benefits. Sunce osiguranje is a leader in the voluntary health insurance market with a total market share of 54 percent. The entire Sunce DZO program is implemented in nine Sunce Polyclinics. Additional support for the further expansion and development of the children’s health program Sunčica will be provided by the own system of Sunce Polyclinics, which will direct its modern diagnostic services to the pediatrics department.
