On Thursday, November 12, 2009, starting at 5:00 PM at the Cultural Information Center in Zagreb, located at Preradovićeva 5, the first autumn workshop for citizens titled “How to Balance Income and Expenses?” will be held.
The workshops are jointly conducted by GIU Croatian Banking Association and ten member banks: Banka Kovanica, Erste & Steiermärkische Bank, Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank, Međimurska banka, OTP banka Hrvatska, Privredna banka Zagreb, Raiffeisenbank Austria, SG Splitska banka, Volksbank, and Zagrebačka banka. The workshops are held in Dubrovnik, Osijek, Pula, Rijeka, Split, Varaždin, Zadar, and Zagreb, and due to public interest, since April 2009, also in Čakovec. The exact dates of the workshops are published on the website of the Croatian Banking Association www.hub.hr Attendance at the workshop is completely free, but it is necessary to register due to the interactive nature and the recommendation that there be up to 20 participants in the group, according to the HUB statement.
