The Supervisory Board of Adris Group at today’s meeting held in Rovinj appointed the current CEO Ante Vlahović as the CEO of Adris Group.
At the same time, at the proposal of the CEO, the Supervisory Board appointed the current members – Plinio Cuccurin, Branko Zec, and Želimir Vukina – as members of the Management Board of Adris Group. The term of the CEO and members of the Management Board lasts four years, as announced by Adris on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
