Through the viewer katastar.hr, access has been enabled to more than 14 million cadastral parcels, or nearly 17 million land parcels that exist in Croatia.
The viewer allows access to nearly 2.73 million ownership records in which 2.38 million individuals are registered. To date, responses have been provided to 2,652 citizen inquiries, and 252 comments and suggestions have been made, with all inquiries answered within seven days. The viewer is expected to contribute to the ongoing reform of land administration and is part of the Government’s strategy for the development and establishment of e-information services aimed at facilitating faster and easier communication between citizens and entrepreneurs with state administration bodies.
