Sunny Hvar will hold an extraordinary General Assembly on March 13, where shareholders will decide on the disposal of real estate owned by the company. As stated in the invitation for the Assembly published in the Official Gazette, it is proposed that the Management Board be authorized to dispose of real estate valued at over 800,000 kuna in accordance with the best interests of the company.
