The retail chain Konzum has reported that it has acquired ownership of the company Lokica d.o.o. from Drniš, which operates in the wholesale and retail trade of mixed goods, predominantly food, beverages, and household hygiene products.
Konzum, based on the Agreement on the Transfer of Business Shares in the company Lokica, concluded with Josip Stojanović, the sole member-founder, has acquired a 100 percent share in the company’s capital, as stated in Konzum’s announcement published on the Zagreb Stock Exchange,
The company Lokica was formed by the division of the company JOLLY-JBS d.o.o. Drniš, in such a way that the founder in Lokica, through the Agreement on the Division of the Company, transferred retail facilities and retail operations, and based on the previously agreed strategic cooperation, Konzum purchased a business share in Lokica.
