Namely, the vulnerability in IE could allow hackers to retrieve data from computers, steal passwords, and cause šdamage, reports the BBC. Microsoft is investigating the issue and announcing the development of an urgent software solution. – Microsoft is continuously investigating bug reports in IE and working on their resolution – the company stated, adding that attacks and bugs are most common in the seventh version of the browser (the most widely used one), but that users surfing other versions are also at risk.
