IGH did not pay the money for Zagrepčanka within the agreed timeframe

The management of Zagrebački holding reported today that the Institute of Construction of Croatia (IGH) did not pay the money for the land of the former company “Zagrepčanka” in Heinzelova Street within the agreed timeframe.

They note that after they have a conversation with representatives of IGH, and based on the provisions of the signed contract, the Management of the Holding will make a decision on further actions in this case. IGH, on the other hand, only stated that negotiations are ongoing and that they expect a positive outcome. Representatives of Zagrebački holding and IGH signed a contract on October 22 for the purchase of half of the ideal part of the land of the former meat industry “Zagrepčanka”, according to which the Holding and IGH would become equal owners of the land and partners in the construction and use of facilities at that location. This concerns land in Heinzelova Street with an area of 100 thousand square meters, which the City of Zagreb purchased in 2001 for 113 million kuna. The Management of the Holding decided at the end of June this year to sell half of the ideal part of Zagrepčanka and a tender was announced in which IGH won by offering 45.6 million euros. (H)
