In Croatia, 55 Companies Implemented the 20 Keys Method

Organized by the consulting firm Deloitte, a regional conference on the application of the business improvement method known as the 20 Keys is being held today. Approximately 120 attendees from Croatian private and state companies, as well as guests from the region, have gathered at the conference.

During the event, examples of successful implementation of this system by domestic companies were also presented. It has been applied in Croatia for five years, and Deloitte’s consultants have introduced it in 55 companies. Although the methodology was developed in manufacturing companies, it can also be implemented in other industries, it was stated at the conference. – Among the 120 attendees at the conference, there are many representatives from companies that have not yet implemented the 20 Keys method – said Krešimir Sečak from Deloitte. Of the 55 companies in Croatia that have adopted this method, 60 percent are private enterprises. Even Zagrebački holding has implemented this system in its five subsidiaries and the City Gas Company.  When asked if one of the solutions to the current crisis is the dismissal of workers, Sečak replied that business problems are more easily solved by accelerating production and offering cheaper and higher-quality products.
