As in previous days, the market reacted to the declines in European stock prices. The stock index is down 3.29 percent today with an above-average turnover of 50.5 million kuna. Crobex ended the day at a closing value of 1,869 points, thus sinking to its lowest level this year.
The most traded stock was that of Hrvatski Telekom, with a total amount of 12.5 million kuna, and the closing price was 204 kuna. In the ranking of the most liquid stocks, IGH takes second place, which is down a significant 8.14 percent today with a total turnover of 5.6 million kuna. Other construction companies are also recording serious losses today – Dalekovod is down 6.44 percent (3.4 million kuna turnover), Tehnika is down 5.11 percent (400 thousand kuna turnover), while the stock of Ingra had a slightly smaller decline of only 0.44 percent (3.4 million kuna turnover). The only one of the more liquid stocks that ended today’s gloomy trading in the plus was Podravka. With a turnover of four million kuna, the price increased by 0.6 percent.
The stock of Atlantska plovidba was traded with a total amount of 3.5 million kuna with a price drop of 2.65 percent. Ericsson Nikola Tesla had a turnover of 2.4 million kuna, and the price fell by 5.11 percent. Among the most liquid stocks today, several that are usually traded in somewhat smaller volumes broke through. Končar Elektroindustrija was traded with a total amount of one million kuna with a price drop of 3.18 percent, Petrokemija is down 11.29 percent (one million kuna turnover), and the preferred stock of Adris is down 3.61 percent (one million kuna turnover). In addition to these, today there is also surprising interest from investors in the stock of Konzum – with a turnover of 2.4 million kuna, this stock fell by 8.14 percent. (Amir Kulenović)
