An employee of the T-Center branch at Cvjetni trg was counting down the last ten seconds before letting the first customers into the sales center, who had been waiting since dawn for the official start of sales of the most famous gadget, the mobile phone iPhone.
About a hundred people waited in the cold and rain, and at the moment the store doors opened, entrepreneur Željko Milošinović entered, who was among the first to buy two phones. – I took the seven hundred tariff, for me and my employee. I liked the phone at first sight and as soon as I saw it would be on the Croatian market, I decided to buy it – Milošinović told us.
Behind the sales counter of T-Center, along with the employees, was Ivica Mudrinić, the CEO of T-HT, who sold the new mobile phones to the first customers. – If the queue that formed in front of our branch is any indication, I can only say that we expect great customer interest. However, our users and those who will become users do not need to worry, for now, we have enough devices in stock, and in case the interest is too great, we have an agreement with Apple to redirect devices from other markets to Croatia – Mudrinić said.
